The light, airy and stunningly designed interior is finished to a high specification in cool cream and green with carefully chosen accessories. The open-plan ground floor has a well-appointed and equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and deep sofas for relaxing. French doors open onto a delightful courtyard with flower borders. The courtyard is shared with Joan's cottage but has its own space with garden furniture etc. There are two parking spaces for residents and guests. 1 double bedroom, hairdryer, bathroom, toilet, (bath with overhead shower), gas central heating, kitchen/ diner, washing machine/dryer, gas cooker, dishwasher fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Lounge: Colour TV video/dvd CD/ radio.
