Padstow was lucky with the weather this Easter. beautiful sunshine but with a cold biting wind. The beaches, town, shops and restaurants all enjoyed a busy and prosperous time. This gave us all a welcome boost for the season which has been very slow to start. On Easter Sunday the annual RNLI egg rolling took place on Duke Street. Hundreds of people thronged the streets for this colourful treat. Excited children in fancy dress chased their decorated eggs down the street and were rewarded with a lovely chocolate egg. The crowds dispersed into the pubs and restaurants for that well earned Sunday roast.

We hope the thousands who came to Padstow over the holiday had a wonderful time and will return again in the not too distant future.
